Riad Chbanate, Essaouira

Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream! The rooms are amazing with a huge bathtub, your own fireplace, and even a Whirlpool on the rooftop. It's so romantic and comfortable. However, the location was a bit off the beaten path, making it a bit dark at night. The dining experience was outstanding, to the best standards experienced in Morocco, but could have had more options and Moroccan-style foods.

The hotel rooms were beautiful and very clean, which was amazing. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, yogurt, warm bread with butter, jam, and cheese, as well as eggs and Moroccan pancakes, making it the highlight of our honeymoon. However, the dining options were a bit plain and could have had more Moroccan style foods.

The hotel offers fantastic rooms with a big, clean, and romantic ambiance, including a huge bath and incredible city views from the balcony for relaxation. The location is perfect, just outside the busiest part of the medina, providing a calm and quiet retreat near all the action. The dining experience is top-notch, exceeding the best standards in Morocco, while the facilities are excellent to meet all needs.

I found this hotel to be a wonderful hideaway in a perfect area with very kind staff and enchanting views of Essaouira. It was incredible, especially for relaxing on the balcony in the sun and watching the sun set. The location was excellent, although it's at the edge of the Médina and not directly at the coast. The dining experience was excellent, plentiful, and with lots of variety.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, in a perfect area with very kind staff. The little view of the ocean and wide view of the town added to the charm. The rooms, designed in different Moroccan region styles, were immaculately clean, as was the rest of the riad.
